Delivery & Collection

 

Please allow plenty of time and use extreme care when bringing your child to kindy. We endeavour to help each child feel safe and secure at the centre. All children are to be brought to the centre, and collected from the centre, by a responsible adult. Contact must be made with a staff member by this adult before leaving or taking your child. If possible, with your child’s main carer. Attendance sheets must be signed detailing the arrival and departure of your child. No child will be permitted to leave the centre unless the adult collecting them has been nominated by the parent. Staff become familiar with parents and those authorised to pick up their children rather quickly. In the interest of safety, please ensure that those authorised to pick up your child bring photo identification until staff become familiar with them. Our intent is not to offend anyone but to ensure the safety of your child.

Signatures and times are important; if no signatures or times are entered it may be deducted from your tax return at the end of the financial year, at full fees.

 

 

Late Collection of Children

 

A fee of  $50.00 for the first 15 minutes or part there of plus $2.00 per minute after that for children who are not picked up before 6.00 pm
