Withdrawals / Changes of Days

 

We require 2 weeks*notice should you withdraw your child or should you wish to change days. In the latter case, the Director should be informed and you may need to be placed on a waiting list until your required day becomes available. Fees are payable whether your child attends the Centre or not,however, should your child be sick or on holidays, please give us as much notice as possible for catering purposes.

(*Should you wish to leave the centre during the month of December, you are required to give notice no later than 1st November or full fees will apply. This understanding is a condition of enrolment at the centre. This also excludes the 2 weeks we are closed over the Christmas break).
