Our Fees, Rebates & Benefits

A Statement is issued during week 4 of every month. This will let you know what fees will be deducted for the following month. All fees are collected IN FULL during the first week of every month using our Ezidebit system. Fees are required in advance as most of our expenses are also paid in advance. Should you be experiencing financial difficulty, please see the director as continual lateness will attract a fee.

Our preferred method of payment is using the Ezidebit system as it is the quickest and easiest method. Should you wish to pay by cash* or cheque please place fees in the in the Mail Box at the sign in counter. Fees remain payable during holidays and illness. Should you be going away or have a sick child, please phone the centre for catering purposes. (*If the reception area is unattended, please obtain a written receipt from staff authorised to accept cash).

A non-refundable administration fee of $100.00 is payable along with a refundable holding deposit of $350.00 per child. This deposit will be refunded when your child leaves our centre.

*Please note: Fees are charged per room regardless of the age of the child.

Child Care Rebate - Every Family is Entitled

The Child Care Rebate  is a payment from the government that helps working families with the cost of childcare. If you are using approved childcare and meet the work-study test, the government covers 50 per cent of out-of-pocket child care expenses, up to an annual maximum of $7,500 per child.    You can choose to have the CCR paid directly to your centre, reducing your weekly fees, or you can claim the CCR back in a quarterly lump sum.  Every family regardless of their income is entitled to this assistance. For further details please speak to our Nominated Supervisor or contact FAO on 13 6150.

Child Care Benefit - Means Tested

Child Care Benefit helps cover the cost of child care, including long day care, family day care, occasional day care, outside school hours care, vacation care, pre-school, and kindergarten. It may also help cover the cost of child care provided by grandparents, relatives, friends or nannies.  The amount of Child Care Benefit you can get depends on the amount and type of care you use, your family's income, the number of children you have in care, and whether you meet the 'work, training, study test' (or an exemption applies).
